Are your products 100% natural?

Yes! Every Natura Sparsh product is made with 100% natural and Ayurvedic ingredients. We never use parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, or harmful chemicals. Each formula is rooted in ancient Ayurvedic texts and validated by modern dermatological science.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

A

All our products are dermatologist tested and formulated to be gentle even on sensitive skin. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before first use — apply a small amount on your inner wrist and wait 24 hours.

Are your products cruelty-free?

A

Absolutely. Natura Sparsh is proudly cruelty-free. We never test on animals, and our manufacturing partners are also held to the same standard.

What is the shelf life of your products?

A

Our products typically have a shelf life of 12–24 months from the manufacturing date. Since we use natural preservatives, we recommend using the product within 6 months of opening for best results. The best before date is printed on each product.

Can I use multiple Natura Sparsh products together?

A

Yes, our products are designed to work harmoniously together as a complete natural beauty routine. You can safely combine our hair care and skin care products.

What payment methods do you accept?

A

We accept all major payment methods including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.

How do I place an order?

A

Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account or log in to complete your purchase. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

A

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, the order is processed and sent to our warehouse. Please contact us immediately at info@naturasparsh.com if you need to make changes.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your website?

A

Yes, absolutely. All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details on our servers.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

A

Yes, a digital invoice is automatically emailed to you after your order is confirmed. You can also download it from your account under 'My Orders'.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

A

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹49.

How long does delivery take?

A

Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days across India. Express delivery (₹99 extra) is available at checkout for most pin codes and delivers within 2–3 business days.

Do you ship to all states in India?

A

Yes, we ship to all states and union territories in India. Some remote pin codes may have slightly longer delivery times.

How can I track my order?

A

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order from your account dashboard under 'My Orders'.

What if my order is delayed?

A

Delivery estimates may vary due to weather, festivals, or carrier delays. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@naturasparsh.com with your order ID.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

A

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged. Please contact us at info@naturasparsh.com with your order ID and reason for return to initiate the process.

How long does a refund take?

A

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount is credited to your original payment method. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

A

We sincerely apologize if this happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged/wrong item. We'll arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Are there any products that cannot be returned?

A

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Combo packs can only be returned if all items in the pack are unused and in original condition.

Do I need an account to shop?

A

You need an account to complete a purchase so we can process your order and send you updates. Creating an account is quick and free — it also gives you access to order tracking, wishlist, and exclusive member deals.

How do I reset my password?

A

Click on 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

How do I update my delivery address?

A

Log in to your account and go to Profile → Saved Addresses. You can add, edit, or delete addresses there. You can also save multiple addresses and set one as default.

How do I delete my account?

A

To delete your account, please contact us at info@naturasparsh.com with your registered email address. Please note that account deletion is permanent and will remove all your order history and saved data.
